While our focus is primarily on retired women, we enthusiastically welcome older single women who are currently transitioning into retirement and living abroad, or actively planning their move.

Currently, our active, physical chapter is rooted in Panama. However, our vision is global! We are actively looking to expand and welcome members globally who are inspired to help form new chapters in their respective countries.

All our classes are held online, allowing members to join from the comfort of their homes. Prospective students are assessed based on their current proficiency and then assigned to the appropriate introductory or regular monthly cohort.
